Hi, I’m Darin and I am a certified relationship and marriage educator with a singular mission: To teach people how to find the “us” in each of their relationships.
In addition to serving both Lakeland and the Central FL area, we also offer virtual programs and services with an online experience for non-locals.
For many years, I worked in the corporate sector with one of the nation’s largest financial institutions as a manager, trainer, and business development specialist. Although I enjoyed success in the “for profit” world, I had a desire to take the relationship, communication, and training skills learned from interacting with customers and associates and use them for a more eternal purpose. I felt led to follow God in the next leg of the journey…to lead an organization whose mission is to help people experience God’s abundant plan for relationships through Biblical yet practical education programs.
After graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration from Palm Beach Atlantic University, I later became certified in numerous leadership and relationship education programs including Prepare Enrich, Adventures in Marriage, Start Smart, P.I.C.K., REAL Essentials, Enriched Christian Marriage and HOPE Weekend Marriage Intensives.
My wife Deborah and I reside in Lakeland, FL and are actively involved in our local church community. We have been married for 33 wonderful years and love getting to share what we’ve learned together over the years to help people reach lasting health in their relationships. She works alongside me as a volunteer to meet with couples and women to coach them in their relational needs. We have four great kids and three awesome grandchildren. When I’m not teaching and coaching couples, I enjoy fishing, surfing, and spending as much time with my grandkids as possible!

We are relational beings and serve a relational God. We believe that God’s plan for the world is “relationships”. Every relationship is made up of three entities...a blue “me”, a yellow “you”, and the most important one, a green “us”. “Us” is finding the “win/win” (not compromise) and can always be found. It may just take lots of time and effort to find it. We provide people with tools to do just that...so they can take their relationships to the next level.
